“Sand blasting” is similar to Edo Kiriko, but it has the feature that you can freely carve your favorite pictures and handwritten characters. Even if it’s your first time or even if you don’t have an artistic heart, uour creation will surely be a masterpiece! Sand blasting requires approximately 80 minutes.

Sandblast original glass
We have prepared colourful sculpted glasses which cannot be found outside of Japan.

You will select or design a pattern to cut and paste on your chosen glass. Then, you will use a blaster to blow sand onto the surface. Once you scrape the sand off, you will see the vivid colour change and patterns emerge. Rinse with cold water, dry it off, and voila!

Working time: approximately 80 minutes
